Max Parkinson Place Social Housing project

BeyondHousing recently welcomed tenants to two fantastic new properties in regional Victoria that will help provide the security and affordability renters need.

In July, BeyondHousing and the Peter and Lyndy White Foundation opened the $4.9 million Max Parkinson Place in Wangaratta, which is located on the grounds of the former Max Parkinson Lodge, an aged care facility. This thoughtfully designed development contains nine two-bedroom and four one-bedroom units, providing comfortable and modern living spaces for individuals and families.  The Wangaratta development was made possible through a generous philanthropic contribution of $4.25 million from the Peter & Lyndy White Foundation, in collaboration with BeyondHousing and the Rural City of Wangaratta.
