About us

The Peter & Lyndy White Foundation Pty Ltd was formed in August 2005 to act as Trustee for the Peter & Lyndy White Foundation. It received endorsement as a tax concession charity 17.02.06 effective 1.10.05.

The Foundation was endorsed as a Private Ancillary Fund on 30.10.06 and in the financial year ending 30.06.07 received its initial donation of $20 million and made its first distribution of $320,000. As at 30.06.24, 17 years later, our total donation’s in reached $375M*, with our total distributions to eligible charities reaching $125M*.

Driven by a strong social conscience and the belief that a country as fortunate as Australia should not have an affordable housing and homelessness problem, the Foundation was set up to assist the lives of people disadvantaged through personal, social or cultural circumstances.
